The Saga of Buyer Representation:

For the longest time, real estate agents only represented sellers.  As the years passed, buyers started asking why can't we get representation too?  Thanks to them, the law now allows agents to represent buyers too, while still getting compensated by the seller through a signed buyer representation agreement.  What are the advantages in working with an agent who is representing you exclusively?

Buying real estate is going to be one of your most important and valuable investments.  Wouldn't you want it to have the best protection possible?

As you can see from above, buyer representation has no cost to the buyer.  I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, along with several other credentials.  Fewer than 2 percent of all real estate agent professionals nationwide are Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR).  The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

In working with me as your buyer's agent, you can be rest assured that you will receive professional representation throughout the home buying process.  I will not only help you locate the best properties that suit your needs, I will also be providing you with knowledgeable services.  These services include market information, structuring your purchasing offer, negotiating the best purchase price for you, managing all the details, overseeing all contracts, and walking you through every step of the way.  My goal is to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible.

Give me a call or email and allow me to advise you, protect you, and take care of you through every step of your real estate purchase.
